Return and Exchange Policy

At Kito footwear Thailand, we want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your footwear purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy.

Returns:

– You can return your purchase within 7 days of delivery

– Item must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact

– Refund will be issued in the original form of payment excluding postage

Exchanges:

– You can exchange your purchase within 7 days of delivery

– Item must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact

– Exchange for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability)

Exceptions:

– No returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items

– No returns or exchanges on items with clear signs of wear or damage

Procedure:

– Contact our customer service team to obtain a return or exchange authorization number

– Ship the item back to us with the authorization number and a copy of the original receipt

– Once received and inspected, we’ll process the refund or exchange

Shipping:

– Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
